Riverside "Lakeland POA" Blog - Read This First (ByLaws, Deed Restrictions, Trash, Water, Electric, Internet, Board Contacts, Etc...)

Riverside "Lakeland" Texas community and Lakeland Property Owners Association:


Lakeland Deed Restrictions and By Laws: Deed Restrictions & By Laws

    Yearly POA Dues: $400.00 per year (July-June) per Residence and/or Property Owner  

    Transfer Fee:     Each time a property or lot changes hands a Transfer Fee is charged in the amount of $200.00.

Power: Lakeland is only served by Entergy, links for New Service and Outage Maps below:

    New Service: Entergy New Residential Service

    Outage Map/Information: Entergy Outage Map

 Sewer/Septic:     There is no centralized Sewer Service within "Lakeland", all properties are required  to have a Walker County Texas and  TRA (Trinity River Authority) Approved Septic / Aerobic System.

Trash Service: Due to the weight of most trash trucks only the following Trash Services are allowed to pickup within Lakeland to save / maintain our roads which are owned and maintained by the POA through the Yearly POA Dues.

    Eagle Sanitation - Provides can, trash picked up on Monday morning, trash must be bagged. Contact via text message at 936-668-6798.

    Buell Sanitation - Provides can, trash picked up on Tuesday, trash does not have to be bagged. This company purchased a smaller truck for our neighborhood. Buell Sanitation

 

Internet: Lakeland has the following Internet Providers.

    Trace Wireless

    DISH
